Exchange and Warranty
All our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day of product delivery.
The warranty is valid only for defects in materials and/or workmanship.
The warranty does NOT cover defects due to wear and tear and/or physical or accidental damage.

Customized jewelry pieces cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturing error.
Non-customized items can be exchanged; however, you must notify our customer service team at this email: contacto@montezjoyeria.com within the first 15 calendar days after receiving the package regarding the situation.
After this period, Montéz Jewelry will not be able to process the exchange.
The cost of shipping for an exchange and/or applying your warranty, as well as the proper packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Montéz Jewelry in the best condition, is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using the original box in which you received your order.
Every exchange and/or warranty request will be reviewed by our customer service team to confirm compliance with the aforementioned requirements. If applicable, we will send you a follow-up email.
