Billing

If you wish to invoice your purchase, please send us an email to contacto@montezjoyeria.com including the following information:

• Full name used for your purchase registration
• Business name
• Tax ID (RFC)
• Postal Code
• Use of CFDI
• Payment method
• Fiscal Regime
• Attach an updated Fiscal Certificate in PDF format
• Email address (where the invoice will be sent)

Please double-check that your information is accurate when sending the email, as the invoice will be generated exactly as you provide it. In the event that the information is incorrect, Montéz Joyería is not responsible for modifying or issuing a new invoice.

You can request your invoice only within the month in which the purchase was made, considering that it takes 1 to 3 business days to be sent to your email.
