Shipping and Delivery

Because you are special to us, just like your order and every detail of it, our brand initiates the crafting process upon the confirmation of your purchase.

For each personalized order, there are no inventories. This means we work with you to design the jewelry piece of your preference, making it a unique creation. All personalized orders will be ready within approximately 10 to 15 business days from the confirmation of your order.

Orders that do not require customization are delivered within approximately 48 business hours from the confirmation of your order.
*This may vary during promotional and holiday seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc.).

For deliveries within Mexico, the carrier responsible for distribution is FEDEX. The shipping cost is MXN $200.00 throughout Mexico.
For purchases over MXN $1,890.00, your shipping is FREE.

Delivery Method:
The packaging for each order includes a gift box containing your jewelry pieces within a fabric bag for their care.
